Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing onsite customer service for office machine repair. It may require successfully repairing or adjusting a device mechanically or electronically.

As a Service Technician, you will install, de-install, maintain, and provide periodic maintenance on mono and color stand-alone and networked devices installed at our customer’s locations. You will provide a high level of support for our clients by exhibiting a high degree of technical proficiency, excellent technical skills and professionalism. You will serve as the first line subject matter expert answering technical and application questions. Maintain accurate and complete documentation, inventories, parts orders and returns, assigned company assets and other administrative paperwork.
